DESIGN, EXECUTION AND AUTHORITY APPROVALS Electrical ? Design the Drawing as per tender & client requirements ? Load schedule preparation as per Dewa, Sewa regulation ? Follow Dewa, Sewa approvals – drawings & final inspections. Plumbing ? Prepare the drawing CWS, HWS ? Follow dewa approvals – drawings & final inspections. Drainage ? Prepare the Bathroom Detail Drawings & Shaft Coordination ? Follow up FIC Connection from DM Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, Emergency & Voice evacuation systems ? Execute the work as per DCD Regulation Telephone, SMATV, CCTV, INTERCOM & GAS SYSTEM ? Execute the work as per authority requirements. ? Conducting final inspection for DEWA, SEWA, DCD, DM, ETISALAT, DU, RTA for all the works related to MEP for various projects and obtaining the authority approvals. ? Meeting with the client, consultant and other key members of a project i.e. architect and civil engineers to understand needs and requirements of a project ? Coordinating with contractors for fast progress of work, conduct weekly site inspection and preparation of monthly progress reports. ? Supervise and coordinate the activities in order to avoid any delays or undue costs ? Coordinate with the project quantity surveyor to maximize the project benefits. ? Record and submit all variations and costing for the project ? Coordinate with all services to minimize the site issues. ? Ensure that all the work conducted on the site is on time and with minimal delays.
